Check that your device has available storage space and that you're connected to the internet. Try saving a shorter entry to see if the issue is size-related, and make sure you're running the latest version of EverWritten. Double-check that you're using the email address you signed up with. Use the 'Forgot Password' option on the sign-in screen to reset your access. If you set up a passphrase for your encrypted journal, you'll need that as well.
