EverWritten is available on iPhone via the App Store and on any web browser at my.everwritten.co. Your journal syncs in real time across both, so your words are always where you are.

Completely. Every entry is protected with military-grade end-to-end encryption — which means only you can read your words. We never access your journal, we never share it, and we never will. You can also set up a passphrase and a cloud escrow key so you're never locked out of your own memories.

The Beneficiary Feature lets you designate trusted people — a spouse, a child, a close friend — who will receive access to your journal and legacy content when the time comes. You stay in control of who receives it and what they can see. It's the closest thing to a letter that will always be delivered. Available on Keepsake and Heirloom plans.

Yes — and it doesn't expire. The Classic plan is free forever, no credit card required. It includes everything you need to start writing and preserving your memories. When you're ready for more — photos, audio, Collections, the Beneficiary Feature — paid plans start at $8/month.

Your words are always yours. If you downgrade to the Classic plan, your existing entries remain safe and accessible. You keep everything you've written — you simply lose access to the premium features until you choose to reactivate. We'll never delete your memories.

Yes, anytime. If you upgrade, your new features are available immediately. If you downgrade, you keep your current features through the end of your billing period. No penalties, no friction.
