  • Purchases made through the EverWritten mobile app are processed securely via the Apple App Store.
  • Purchases made through our website are processed via Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

  • All journal content is encrypted. Even we cannot view your private entries.
  • Data is securely hosted with our trusted provider, Firebase.

  • We keep your data for as long as your account is active.
  • If you delete your account, your encrypted journal entries and personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

  • Service providers that help operate our platform or process payments (e.g., Apple, Stripe), bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements
  • Legal authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property

  • EverWritten is not intended for children under 13.
